Jewellery Arabia is open to all members of the public aged over 16 years.

No invitation is required to gain entry.

IDs are not required to enter the event.

Entry is free of charge for all visitors.

Children under the age of 16 years will not be admitted to the exhibition. 

For security purposes, all visitors are requested to register. Registrations can be made in advance closer to the event date or onsite at the event.

Yes, you can register in advance. You can register your interest now, and you will receive a confirmation email closer to the event date when registration is live. 

Yes, you can register onsite during the 2025 event.

Registration for the show is non-date specific. Once you have registered, you are able to attend the show on any of the show open days.

The event dates and timings will be announced in 2025.

Visitors are welcome any time. If you wish to avoid peak times, we recommend visiting during the first three days and when the event opens.

Free parking is available in Exhibition World Bahrain and will be signposted. Additional parking is available at Bahrain International Circuit. Shuttle buses will provide transport for visitors and exhibitors for the full duration of the event.

Free WFi is available throughout all the halls. 

A variety of food and beverage facilities will be available in the main exhibition corridor. Light refreshments and coffee will also be available inside the halls.

There are ATMS available at Exhibition World Bahrain.

On arrival to the show, map signposts are available on the exhibition floor. You can also download the official event app which has maps, closer to the event.

At Jewellery Arabia, you can expect to meet over 650 companies from 30 countries.

Yes, you can either fully customise your stand by booking a space only stand or opt for a shell scheme. Find out more about our stands here or speak to our helpful sales team.

Registration for exhibitor passes will open closer to the event date, they will be available via the online exhibitor manual.

Exhibitor passes are included in your stand fee, but you will have to register your staff in via the exhibitor form accessible through your online exhibitor manual.

Exhibition World Bahrain (EWB) has four parking lots on-site that can accommodate more than 1,300 cars. The parking lots are designated as P1, P2, P3, and P4.

Yes, we will issue a list of recommended supplier in our exhibitor manual closer to the event date.
